Jeremiah 15:19

In Jeremiah 15: 19 the Lord speaks to His servant, If you can extract the worthy from the worthless, then you will be my spokesman. Sandra feels a deep call to extract the worthy words from the worthless words in today's fast paced, competitive society and to speak those engaging, life-building words into the life of others. Starting with a key passage: God so loved the world (that means you!) that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in HIm should not perish but have everlasting life. For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him might be saved. John 3:16-17 KJV

Sandra started her career with a BS degree from the University of South Alabama in Personnel and Industrial Relations. She pulls her speaking skills from her days as an employee and management development professional. Those days involved teaching skills for beter performance in environments where "less is more" and "faster is better" all the while drawing from engaged communication, efficient work systems and policing clutter. As their daughters grew older, she and her husband Tom decided to bring Sandra's coaching skills to the home front. They began to actively "life coach" their two daughters while in middle school and high school. This spanned both church and community activities. "Coaching our children to be what God has designed them to be is our most important role as parents, " Sandra explains. With both daughters out of college, their daughters are now in roles that emphasize life coaching with the next generation in their respective communities.
